TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rate is excluding the VAT
• Delegate registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Refunds and cancellations permitted up to 5-Feb-2025, subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the paid delegate fee. Refunds shall be processed within 60 days from the cancellation request date.
• No cancellations / refunds permitted after 5-Feb-2025. Any new registrations made after this date shall be on no cancellation / refund basis.
• Substitution of delegates are welcome up to one week prior to the event. Please inform us via email no later than 7-Feb-2025.
• To ensure a smooth registration process, please present your confirmation email with the QR code at the registration desk.
• DMCC reserves the right to cancel a registration without notice or to refuse entry to the venue should it be deemed necessary in its sole discretion.

EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND

• If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be made using the same method of payment within 60 working days.
• If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the registration is valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event.
